Google UX Design
Worked on case study examining Sony's PlayStation login process. Executed the project with wireframing, user mapping, usability studies, and a clear understanding of the user's needs.
In the process, I obtained seven UX writing/researching/designing certificates from Google's Coursera curriculum. The classes honed my skills as a UX writer and taught me the foundations of the industry. Google's classes also helped me put together a professional portfolio to show off my UX case studies.

Editorial Assistant
I served as an editorial intern before elevating and getting a promotion to become an editorial assistant. As an assistant, I aided the publication in writing daily stories and features, conducting and transcribing
numerous interviews with Hip-Hop’s biggest stars. Additionally, my job found me pitching ideas for original content that aligned with the company’s mission and voice.
Served as news staff writer tasked with writing 4-6 news stories everyday. I successfully engaged our audience, hitting company goals that included growing viewership, retaining views, and taking note of company KPIs. I also served as producer on a litany of video and social media content for the magazine.

Hired as a freelance copywriter for numerous brands from 2017-2022. I wrote precise and compelling copy for various brands, companies, and publications in this role. These brands included miHoYo, Pokémon, Fandom, Raycon Headphones, OVO, Nike, Red Bull, and more.
As a technical writer, I leveraged my skills in editing and writing to create thorough yet digestible copy for tech startups in WNY. Collaborated with UX teams as a technical writer to revise technical communications. Developed a strong personal brand on social media, growing on each of my social media platforms and engaging with readers on current issues and pop culture.
